Dear Presidents of the Member Organizations of ESAM,

The European Conference of Aerospace Medicine (ECAM) of the European Society of Aerospace Medicine (ESAM) will take place at Budapest in Nov 13 and 14, 2008. The conference in Budapest is locally organised by The Hungarian Association of Aeromedical Examiners (HA-AME) under the leadership of Dr. Gabor Hardicsay. We kindly ask all members to offer abstracts for oral presentations (.ppt) or posters in English. The doc-form is attached. The papers will be selected by the Scientific Committee (Dr. C. Stern, Dr. A. Wagstaff, Dr. H. Pongratz). We expect at least 2 papers per member association untill June 30, 2008.

If you like to present a paper or poster at ECAM you can get more details at the homepage of ESAM . Cases for discussions at a panel "would you fly with this pilot" are very welcomed.

Please be so kind and inform us for a better planing, how many members of your society probabely want to attend. On Saturday Nov 15, 2008 the General Assembly of ESAM and the selection of the new Executive Committee will take place.
