Ac\u0131lar\u0131 sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hatad\u0131r; \u00e7ok yaz\u0131k!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00d6K taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nan bu karar sayesinde, her heves eden gen\u00e7 (ki\u015filik bozuklu\u011fu da bulunsa, yeteneksiz de olsa) 4-5 y\u0131l sonra pilot olarak bir u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n kokpitine oturabilecektir\u2026 S\u00f6z konusu olan amat\u00f6r pilot aday\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmesi olsa belki g\u00f6rmezden gelinebilir; ama ticari havac\u0131l\u0131kta y\u00fczlerce yolcuyu s\u0131rt\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p y\u00fcz milyonlarca dolar de\u011ferindeki u\u00e7aklar\u0131 u\u00e7uracak pilotlar\u0131n se\u00e7im a\u015famas\u0131nda bir yetenek de\u011ferlendirmesine t\u00e2bi tutulmadan, sadece belirli bir puan\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131n\u0131 yeterli sayman\u0131n mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlayam\u0131yoruz. Halbuki Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde DLR veya benzeri testlerden ge\u00e7meden airline pilotu olmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bilindi\u011fi gibi halen pilotaj e\u011fitimi, TSK ve \u00f6zel u\u00e7u\u015f okullar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi SHYO ve T\u00fcrk Hava Kurumu\u2019nda verilmekte olup; bu y\u0131l \u00d6zye\u011fin \u00dcniversitesi de pilotaj \u00f6\u011frencileri alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Duyumlar\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re Y\u00d6K, se\u00e7me ve m\u00fcl\u00e2kat s\u0131navlar\u0131nda iltimas\u0131 ve \u015faibeleri \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle kestirme bir karar alm\u0131\u015f bulunuyor. Yani bir problemi \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in ak\u0131lc\u0131 yollar bulmak yerine, bir k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 darbesiyle kestirip atmak! Ayn\u0131 \u015fey \u00fcniversitelerin m\u00fczik, tiyatro, resim, heykel, beden e\u011fitimi, hava trafik gibi b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerine girecek \u00f6\u011frencilere neden uygulanm\u0131yor? Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde iltimas ihtimali yok mu?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Son y\u0131llarda d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fclkemizde de ticari havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n tahminlerin \u00f6tesinde bir ivmeyle b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi nedeniyle pilotaj e\u011fitimi h\u0131z kazand\u0131. Prestijli bir meslek edinip hemen y\u00fcksek \u00fccret almak isteyen gen\u00e7ler kadar, ticari \u015firketler de bu alana y\u00f6neldi. Bir yetenek ve sevda alan\u0131 olan, emniyetin birinci \u00f6ncelikte olmas\u0131 gereken pilotaj, rant kap\u0131s\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Nas\u0131l ki her isteyen astronot olam\u0131yorsa, her heves edenin de pilot olamamas\u0131 i\u00e7in baz\u0131 engeller konulmas\u0131, adaylar\u0131n \u00f6zel bir s\u00fczge\u00e7ten ge\u00e7irilmesi gerekirken; bug\u00fcn s\u00fczgecin aral\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ok geni\u015flemi\u015ftir; paray\u0131 bast\u0131ran gen\u00e7ler \u00f6zel u\u00e7u\u015f okullar\u0131na, LYS\u2019de puan\u0131 tutturanlar da SHYO\u2019lara kay\u0131t yapt\u0131rabilmektedir&#8230; Bu noktada AyJet U\u00e7u\u015f Okulu, \u00f6nceden beri iddia etti\u011fi farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 somut olarak kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u0131l \u00d6zye\u011fin \u00dcniversitesiyle ortakla\u015fa y\u00fcr\u00fctecekleri pilotaj e\u011fitimi i\u00e7in, \u00f6\u011frencilerin u\u00e7u\u015fa uygunluklar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek \u00fczere, \u00f6nceden test u\u00e7u\u015fu yapt\u0131rma karar\u0131 vermi\u015ftir. AyJet\u2019in olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksek parasal maliyeti olan bu i\u015fi;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00dcniversiteden ve \u00f6\u011frencilerden ek \u00fccret talep etmeden,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 SHGM, Y\u00d6K vb. gibi bir otoritenin zorlamas\u0131 olmadan,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sadece uygun adaylar\u0131 se\u00e7mek ad\u0131na yap\u0131yor olmas\u0131, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc takdirin \u00fczerindedir ve alk\u0131\u015f\u0131 hak etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yetenek testi neden gerekli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pilot se\u00e7imiyle ilgili yay\u0131nlarda \u00f6ncelikle, adaylarda patolojik zihinsel ve davran\u0131\u015fsal bozukluklar\u0131n, u\u00e7ak tutmas\u0131, kapal\u0131 yer ve y\u00fckseklik korkular\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131; ki\u015filik yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n havac\u0131l\u0131k streslerini kar\u015f\u0131lamaya uygun ve baz\u0131 psikomotor becerilerinin de y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 gereklili\u011fi vurgulan\u0131r. Bu becerilerden belli ba\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131: \u00dc\u00e7 boyutlu alg\u0131lama, g\u00f6rsel-i\u015fitsel bellek, dikkat toplama, bilgi i\u015fleme, \u00e7apraz kontrol, h\u0131z-mesafe tahmini, tepki s\u00fcresi, g\u00f6z-el-ayak koordinasyonu, karar verme, heyecan ve duygu kontrol\u00fc, ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131-i\u015fbirli\u011fi, ak\u0131lc\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretebilme, motivasyon, liderlik, vs\u2019dir. Pilotaj ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda ve emniyetli u\u00e7u\u015flar yapabilmede \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olan bu unsurlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kabaca de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t-kalem testleri bug\u00fcn art\u0131k yetersiz say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ama Y\u00d6K\u2019\u00fcn karar\u0131yla bu de\u011ferlendirme bile kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Hava Kuvvetlerimiz pilot adaylar\u0131n\u0131 30 y\u0131ld\u0131r psikomotor test cihazlar\u0131 kullanarak ve bu becerileri \u00f6l\u00e7erek se\u00e7mektedir. Bug\u00fcn ABD Hava K\u2019de her bin adaydan 150 pilot \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. (500 ki\u015fi t\u0131bbi muayenelerde, 250 ki\u015fi psikolojik testlerde elenir.) Pilot e\u011fitimi s\u00fcrecindeki kay\u0131p oran\u0131 ise %15-25 aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu rakamlar, sivil pilotlar i\u00e7in de bir se\u00e7im-eleme prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn (e\u011fitim maliyeti, kontenjan i\u015fgali, zaman, gelecekteki ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k ve kazalar vs. ba\u011flam\u0131nda) ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren bir ipucudur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ticari \u015fof\u00f6rlerin girdi\u011fi zorunlu psikomotor testler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4925 say\u0131l\u0131 Karayolu Ta\u015f\u0131ma Kanununun (11.6.2009 tarihli) Karayolu Ta\u015f\u0131ma Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi Mad.36\/d gere\u011fi olarak, ticari s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin (otob\u00fcs, minib\u00fcs, taksi, \u00a0kamyon, TIR \u015fof\u00f6rleri, i\u015f makinas\u0131 operat\u00f6rleri, vs.) 5 y\u0131lda bir psikoteknik testlerden ge\u00e7meleri zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu yasan\u0131n mant\u0131\u011f\u0131, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin psikolojik veya n\u00f6rolojik sorunlar\u0131 nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan baz\u0131 dikkat, alg\u0131, refleks, bellek ve davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131n\u0131 belirli aralarla kontrol edip, yetersizli\u011fi olanlar\u0131 trafikten men etmek ve b\u00f6ylece kazalar\u0131 azaltmakt\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n havayollar\u0131nda s\u00f6z konusu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir mi?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Anadolu \u00dcniversitesinin sisteme m\u00fcdahale \u00e7abas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi, \u00fclkemizde pilot se\u00e7im sistemini de bilimsel \u00e7izgiye getirmeyi hedefleri aras\u0131na alm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00dcniversitenin Havac\u0131l\u0131k ve Uzay T\u0131bb\u0131 Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi, birka\u00e7 sene i\u00e7inde Pilot Se\u00e7im Sistemini devreye sokmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Pilotaj beceri ve yeteneklerini \u00f6l\u00e7meye yarayan psikomotor test cihazlar\u0131 ve \u00f6zel ki\u015filik testleri, skora dayal\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar vermektedir. Bu sistem sadece Anadolu \u00dc. SHYO \u00f6\u011frencileri i\u00e7in de\u011fil, istenirse sivil havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda pilotaj e\u011fitimine al\u0131nacak t\u00fcm adaylar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmesinde de kullan\u0131labilecektir. Benzeri testler d\u00fcnyada ve \u00fclkemizde i\u015f makinesi operat\u00f6rlerinin se\u00e7imi, ticari ara\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin performans kontrollerinde ve havac\u0131l\u0131kta uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar, ki\u015filerin ileriki mesleki ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131yla korele edilip testlerin ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi ve g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Son s\u00f6z<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kaza ve k\u0131r\u0131m olaylar\u0131nda insan fakt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fczde 80 oran\u0131nda rol sahibi oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, bunu minimize etmenin yolu, kokpite, kuleye ve hangara yanl\u0131\u015f insanlar\u0131n girmesini \u00f6nlemek ve <strong>do\u011fru adamlar\u0131 <\/strong>bulma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bilimsel kriterler getirmektir. Yetenek zafiyeti ve ki\u015filik defektleri olan pilot adaylar\u0131, e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecinde ve sonraki meslek ya\u015fam\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorundur. Mevcut sistemde (sa\u011fl\u0131k muayenesi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir se\u00e7im s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7meden) y\u00fcksek bir okul \u00fccreti \u00f6deyerek pilotaj e\u011fitimine ba\u015flayan \u00f6zel u\u00e7u\u015f okulu \u00f6\u011frencilerinin mezuniyet oranlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z bulunup elenen ki\u015fi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u2018yok d\u00fczeyinde\u2019 olmas\u0131 trajikomik bir durumdur.
