Hi\u00e7bir ki\u015fisel \u00e7\u0131kar beklemeden \u00f6zveriyle Derne\u011fi ya\u015fatan ve bu misyonun s\u00fcrmesine katk\u0131da bulunan \u00fcyelerimizin destekleri olmasa kesinlikle bug\u00fcnlere gelemezdik&#8230; Uygar \u00fclkelerde her insan\u0131n en az 2-3 sivil toplum kurulu\u015funa (dernek, sendika, vak\u0131f) \u00fcyeli\u011fi bulunur. N\u00fcfusu 5 milyon olan \u0130sve\u00e7&#8217;te STK \u00fcyeli\u011fi say\u0131s\u0131 15 milyon. 74 milyonluk T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ise bu say\u0131 5 milyon civar\u0131nda; ne kadar az! Bunda, <em>&#8220;\u00f6rg\u00fctlensek de bir \u015feyleri de\u011fi\u015ftiremeyiz&#8221;<\/em>k\u00f6t\u00fcmserli\u011fi yan\u0131nda, Devletin \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015f insanlara potansiyel su\u00e7lu gibi bakmas\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fcrk\u00fcnt\u00fc de rol oynuyor olsa gerek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f tutum, toplumu y\u00f6netmek isteyenlere, bu i\u015fi do\u011fru d\u00fczg\u00fcn yapmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek, hatt\u00e2 onlara ak\u0131l verme, yol g\u00f6sterme inisiyatifini kullanmakt\u0131r. Biz de havac\u0131l\u0131k t\u0131bb\u0131 alan\u0131nda s\u00f6yleyecek s\u00f6z\u00fc olan ki\u015filer olarak bunu yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. <em>&#8220;B\u00fcy\u00fcklerimiz her \u015feyin do\u011frusunu bilir&#8221;<\/em> demiyoruz; s\u00fcrece m\u00fcdahil olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u00dclkemiz sivil havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131bbi konular\u0131ndaki zafiyet alanlar\u0131n\u0131 12 y\u0131ld\u0131r vurguluyoruz; d\u00fczeltici \u00f6nlem ve \u00f6nerilerimizi her kademeye aktar\u0131yoruz. Baz\u0131 olumlu geli\u015fmelerde imzam\u0131z oldu\u011funu da gururla s\u00f6yleyebiliriz; baz\u0131 konularda ise diren\u00e7le kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz, ama \u00e7abalar\u0131m\u0131z devam ediyor. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te Dernek \u00fcyeleri \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde kurulan Sivil Havac\u0131l\u0131k Akademisi de bir yan kurulu\u015f olarak faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekte. Ayr\u0131ca <a href=\"http:\/\/www.airkule.com\/\">www.airkule.com<\/a>\u00a0sitesinde k\u00f6\u015fe yaz\u0131lar\u0131 (Muzaffer \u00c7eting\u00fc\u00e7, Bahad\u0131r Altan) yazmaktay\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bir taraftan da konuyla ilgili bilgi altyap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 olu\u015fturmaya\/g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Derne\u011fimizin yay\u0131n organ\u0131 olan Havac\u0131l\u0131k T\u0131bb\u0131 B\u00fclteni 2006 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri yay\u0131nlanmakta. 6 y\u0131lda 19 say\u0131 ve 658 sayfal\u0131k hacimde bir bilgi bankas\u0131 olu\u015ftu. T\u00fcrk\u00e7emizde havac\u0131l\u0131k t\u0131bb\u0131, fizyolojisi ve psikolojisi alan\u0131nda b\u00f6ylesine y\u00fczlerce yaz\u0131n\u0131n toplu halde bulundu\u011fu bir kaynak maalesef yok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcm \u00fcyelerimize katk\u0131 ve destekleri i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 May\u0131s ay\u0131nda 14. ya\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kutlayaca\u011f\u0131z; bu tarih 7.
