Bir ar\u0131za durumunda yak\u0131ndaki Marsilya meydan\u0131na veya deniz \u00fczerine al\u00e7almas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi halde, u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n rotas\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeden da\u011fl\u0131k b\u00f6lgeye do\u011fru s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcp \u00e7arpmas\u0131 ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te pilotlar\u0131n\u00a0<em>\u201cmayday\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 da dahil hi\u00e7bir telsiz konu\u015fmas\u0131 yapmamas\u0131, pilotlar\u0131n bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te u\u00e7a\u011fa kumanda etmemekte (bayg\u0131n?) olduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bu facian\u0131n kesin nedeni teknik incelemelerin sonunda belirlenecektir. Bas\u0131n\u00e7lama veya oksijen besleme sistemi ar\u0131zas\u0131, ya da kabinden bir par\u00e7an\u0131n kopmas\u0131 gibi nedenle kabindeki bas\u0131nc\u0131n kaybolmas\u0131 (dekompresyon),<\/p>\n<p>2. Kabin havas\u0131n\u0131n ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla oksijenin d\u0131\u015far\u0131 ka\u00e7mas\u0131, solunum havas\u0131ndaki oksijenin \u00e7ok azalmas\u0131 (hipoksi),<\/p>\n<p>3. Hemen maskeden oksijen kullanmayan pilotlar\u0131n inkapasite olmalar\u0131, bilin\u00e7 kayb\u0131na girmeleri (oksijen solunmazsa 35 bin feet irtifada 30-60 saniyede bilin\u00e7 kayb\u0131 geli\u015fir; 38 bin feet\u2019te bu s\u00fcre 15 saniyedir),<\/p>\n<p>4. Belki ilk anda verdikleri al\u00e7alma kumandas\u0131ndan sonra bay\u0131lan (bu y\u00fczden de konu\u015fmayan) pilotlar\u0131n kumanda edemedi\u011fi u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n irtifa kaybederek bir tepeye \u00e7arpmas\u0131&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u015e\u00fcphesiz bu tahmine dayal\u0131 (spek\u00fclatif) senaryomuz ger\u00e7ek olmayabilir; ama g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutulmas\u0131 gereken ciddi bir ihtimaldir ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da kaza \u00f6rnekleri vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Askeri havac\u0131l\u0131k pilotlar\u0131 her 5 y\u0131lda bir hipoksi fark\u0131ndal\u0131k e\u011fitimi al\u0131rlar ve hipoksiye girme durumlar\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan semptomlar\u0131na (kendi hipoksi imzalar\u0131na) a\u015final\u0131k kazan\u0131rlar. B\u00f6ylece sinsi kabin bas\u0131n\u00e7lama ar\u0131zalar\u0131 ve oksijensizlik durumlar\u0131nda daha seri \u00f6nlem almay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenirler. D\u00fcnyada da \u00fclkemizde de, asker k\u00f6kenli olmayan pilotlar\u0131n bu konuda (teorik bilgileri olsa da) uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitimlerinin olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir zafiyet unsurudur.<\/p>\n<p>Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nin 3 y\u0131l \u00f6nce sivil havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdaki bu ve di\u011fer fizyolojik e\u011fitim sim\u00fclat\u00f6rlerini sisteme kazand\u0131rma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde atm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu ad\u0131m ne yaz\u0131k ki yar\u0131m kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
