SHGM\u2019nin yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cSHT-1T, \u00d6\u011frenci Pilot Se\u00e7iminde Kullan\u0131lacak Test Talimat\u0131\u201dn\u0131n 1 Mart 2014 tarihinden itibaren y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girece\u011finin a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131 \u00e7ok olumlu bir geli\u015fmedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hat\u0131rlanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere Y\u00d6K 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda, u\u00e7u\u015f okullar\u0131nda pilotaj e\u011fitimine al\u0131nacak \u00f6\u011frencilere yetenek s\u0131nav\u0131 veya m\u00fcl\u00e2kat ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131lmadan, sadece LYS puan\u0131 ile \u00f6\u011frenci kabul edilece\u011fini karara ba\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve biz bunun rasyonelini kavrayamam\u0131\u015f, bu k\u00f6\u015fede yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir yaz\u0131 ile tepki g\u00f6stermi\u015ftik. Ticari vas\u0131ta s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin bile tabi olduklar\u0131 psikomotor testlerin; resim, m\u00fczik, tiyatro, a\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k, beden e\u011fitimi, hava-trafik, vs. b\u00f6l\u00fcmlere girecek \u00f6\u011frencilere bile uygulanmakta olan yetenek s\u0131navlar\u0131n\u0131n pilotaj \u00f6\u011frencilerine neden uygulanmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gerek\u00e7esi de a\u00e7\u0131klanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pilot se\u00e7imiyle ilgili yay\u0131nlarda \u00f6ncelikle, adaylar\u0131n ki\u015filik yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n havac\u0131l\u0131k streslerini kar\u015f\u0131lamaya uygun ve psikomotor becerilerinin de hava arac\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netmek i\u00e7in yeterli olmas\u0131 gere\u011fi vurgulan\u0131r; patolojik zihinsel ve davran\u0131\u015fsal bozukluklar\u0131n, u\u00e7ak tutmas\u0131, kapal\u0131 yer ve y\u00fckseklik korkular\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131 beklenir. Pilot adaylar\u0131nda aranan becerilerden belli ba\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131; 3 boyutlu alg\u0131lama, g\u00f6rsel-i\u015fitsel bellek, dikkat toplama, bilgi i\u015fleme, \u00e7apraz kontrol, h\u0131z-mesafe tahmini, tepki s\u00fcresi, g\u00f6z-el-ayak koordinasyonu, heyecan ve duygu kontrol\u00fc, ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131-i\u015fbirli\u011fi, ak\u0131lc\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretebilme, karar verme, liderlik, vs\u2019dir. SHT-1T talimat\u0131nda da pilotluk e\u011fitimi alacak \u00f6\u011frencilere zek\u00e2, g\u00f6rsel ve i\u015fitsel haf\u0131za, alg\u0131lama ve yo\u011funla\u015fma, ki\u015filik, uzay oryantasyonu, psikomotor beceri, stres alt\u0131nda karar verme ve fiziksel uyum konular\u0131n\u0131 kapsayacak testler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015farta ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda SHGM&#8217;nin yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Talimat ile bilimsel ger\u00e7eklerin \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu niteliklerin \u00e7o\u011fu u\u00e7u\u015f kazalar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nemi ve rol\u00fc olan CRM becerileriyle ayn\u0131d\u0131r. Uygulanacak bu testler sayesinde, pilotaj e\u011fitimine ad\u0131m atmadan \u00f6nce aday\u0131 bir s\u00fczge\u00e7ten ge\u00e7irmek, fiziksel yetenekleri kadar bili\u015fsel ve duygusal becerilerini de \u00f6l\u00e7mek imk\u00e2n\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece, (en az\u0131ndan kuramsal olarak) olabildi\u011fince &#8220;do\u011fru adamlar\u0131n&#8221; sisteme dahil edilmesiyle kokpitte u\u00e7u\u015f emniyet kalitesi y\u00fckseltilecektir\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pilotaj ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda ve emniyetli u\u00e7u\u015flar yapabilmede \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olan bu unsurlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n kabaca de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t-kalem testleri bug\u00fcn art\u0131k yetersiz say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Hava Kuvvetlerimiz pilot adaylar\u0131n\u0131 30 y\u0131ld\u0131r psikomotor test cihazlar\u0131 kullanarak ve bu becerilerini \u00f6l\u00e7erek se\u00e7mektedir. D\u00fcnyada askeri ve sivil havac\u0131l\u0131kta bu ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131lan DLR, Molly Mawk, Cattell PF-16, Viyana Sistemi gibi testler vard\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fclkemizde de uygulanmaktad\u0131r. Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi de bir \u201cpilot se\u00e7im sistemini\u201d yak\u0131n gelecekte uygulamaya sokma a\u015famas\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, daha emniyetli u\u00e7u\u015flar i\u00e7in daha yetenekli pilot adaylar\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7ilecek olmas\u0131 sevindiricidir. B\u00f6yle bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada katk\u0131s\u0131 olan ba\u015fta Say\u0131n Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Bilal Ek\u015fi olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm SHGM \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131, tebrik ediyorum. Ancak bu talimat\u0131n as\u0131l amac\u0131na ula\u015fabilmesi ve etkin bir \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131 konusunda baz\u0131 zay\u0131f noktalar oldu\u011funu fark etmekteyiz. \u00d6rne\u011fin, birer ticari i\u015fletme olan u\u00e7u\u015f okullar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenci kabul\u00fc a\u015famas\u0131nda uygulayacaklar\u0131 testlerde ne derece titiz davranacaklar\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphelidir. Hi\u00e7bir kurulu\u015fu \u015faibe alt\u0131nda b\u0131rakmak istememekle birlikte; i\u015fin do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi okullar\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenci kontenjan\u0131n\u0131 doldurmak amac\u0131yla testi gev\u015fetebilmesi, hatta her ba\u015fvuran\u0131 kabul edecek \u015fekilde uygulama yapmas\u0131 olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden gelemeyiz. Her bir \u00f6\u011frenciden 50-60 bin Euro civar\u0131nda \u00fccret alan u\u00e7u\u015f okullar\u0131, birer ticari i\u015fletme olarak sabit giderlerini ve k\u00e2r oranlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edemeyecekler; test uygulamalar\u0131 kendilerine b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde objektif de\u011ferlendirme yap\u0131l\u0131p yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusu ister istemez tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 hale gelecektir. Testlerin t\u0131pk\u0131 lisan s\u0131navlar\u0131 gibi ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z kurulu\u015flarca veya bir \u00fcniversite taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmas\u0131, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te standart y\u00f6ntemler kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 en makul \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurald\u0131\u015f\u0131 yolcu, alkoll\u00fc pilot ve lazer tacizcilerine gelen cezalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SHGM&#8217;nin 1 Ocak 2014&#8217;te y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek yeni y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi, u\u00e7ak i\u00e7inde cep telefonu kullanan, emniyet kemerini ba\u011flamayan, kavga eden, \u015fiddet kullanan, s\u00f6zle tacizde bulunan ve sigara i\u00e7en &#8220;kural tan\u0131maz yolculara&#8221; bin lira ceza verilece\u011fini h\u00fckme ba\u011flam\u0131\u015f bulunuyor. Alkol kullanan u\u00e7u\u015f personeline 5 bin lira, u\u00e7u\u015f emniyetini riske edecek \u015fekilde hava ara\u00e7lar\u0131na lazer tutan ve benzeri ihlallerde bulunan ki\u015filere 10 bin lira ceza verilecek. Ge\u00e7 bile kal\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan bu olduk\u00e7a cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 cezalar\u0131 uygulamaya soktuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in SHGM\u2019yi bir kez daha kutluyorum.
