Toplant\u0131ya \u00fclkemizden de SHGM, THY ve Pegasus\u2019u temsilen u\u00e7u\u015f doktorlar\u0131 kat\u0131ld\u0131. EASA, Avrupal\u0131 havayolu \u015firketleri i\u00e7in Pilot Peer Support (PPS) program\u0131n\u0131 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu veya 2018 ilkbahar\u0131 itibariyle uygulama karar\u0131 ald\u0131. \u00dclkemizin de dahil olaca\u011f\u0131 bu uygulama giderek zorunlu hale gelecektir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airkule.com\/images\/image\/yazi%20ici.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Program\u0131n rasyoneli<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0Pilotlar\u0131n psikolojik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 doktorlara veya y\u00f6neticilere aktarmaktan \u00e7ekindikleri; psikolojik bir tan\u0131 ile damgalanma ve u\u00e7u\u015ftan ay\u0131r\u0131lma kayg\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bundan imtina ettikleri bilinir. Destek ve yard\u0131m\u0131n, ayn\u0131 stresleri beraberce ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 meslekta\u015flar\u0131ndan gelmesinin daha iyi sonu\u00e7 verdi\u011fi; kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f, empati, g\u00fcven ve gizlilik i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen ili\u015fkinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme ula\u015fma ba\u011flam\u0131nda daha etkili oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu olanak onlara sunulmazsa sorunlar gizlenir ve yeralt\u0131na iner. PPSP g\u00fcvenli bir b\u00f6lgede sorun \u00e7\u00f6zme f\u0131rsat\u0131 vererek, hem pilota hem de havayolu \u015firketine kolayl\u0131k getirmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Akran \/ arkada\u015f deste\u011fi programlar\u0131 psikiyatride, okullarda, askerlikte ve end\u00fcstride de uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: Sosyal fobi, panik, TSSB, \u015fizofreni, alkol-madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, Alzheimer gibi hastalara; uyum ve davran\u0131\u015f sorunlar\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u00f6\u011frencilere; intihar, firar, uyu\u015fturucu riski olan askerlere de uygulanmaktad\u0131r. &#8216;Tutor, buddy, canda\u015f, uyum y\u00f6neticili\u011fi, peer support&#8217; gibi isimler alt\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n i\u015flevselli\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fck\u00e7e daha s\u0131k duyulur olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Havac\u0131l\u0131kta akran\/arkada\u015f pilot deste\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a01970 ve 1980\u2019lerde ABD\u2019de alkolizmi engelleme ve kaza sonras\u0131 psikolojik destek ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Human Intervention Motivation Study-HIMS; Crisis Incident Response Program-CIRP). 1980&#8217;lerde \u0130ngiltere\u2019de 2 kabin g\u00f6revlisinin intihar\u0131 sonras\u0131 British Airways \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir program (Welfare Intervention Program-WIP) devreye sokulmu\u015ftur. U\u00e7u\u015f kazalar\u0131nda \u00f6lenlere ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131na destek amac\u0131yla Almanya\u2019da 1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Stiftung Mayday vakf\u0131 bug\u00fcn de etkin bir \u015fekilde faaliyettedir. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hollanda\u2019da KLM \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde kurulan Anti-Skid Group ise alkol ve madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131lar\u0131na yard\u0131m a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, ama misyonunu arkada\u015f destek program\u0131na geni\u015fletmi\u015f durumdad\u0131r. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130ngiltere\u2019de pilotlar derne\u011finin (BALPA) b\u00fcy\u00fck ses getiren yorgunluk anketi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, orada da arkada\u015f destek program\u0131na evrilmi\u015ftir. Kanada ve G\u00fcney Afrika\u2019da da benzeri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ortak amac\u0131, kokpit ve kabin ekiplerinin u\u00e7u\u015f emniyeti i\u00e7in risk olu\u015fturan psikososyal sorunlar\u0131na kendi i\u00e7 dinamiklerini kullanarak destek vermektir. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda EASA ve ECA, bunu belirlenmi\u015f prensipler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ve uzmanlar g\u00f6zetiminde uygulama ad\u0131m\u0131 atm\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r (European Peer Pilot Support Initiative-EPPSI).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airkule.com\/images\/image\/yazi%20ici%202.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>\u0130lkeler:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. G\u00fcvence: Kendini a\u00e7an, sorunlar\u0131ndan kurtulmak i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6steren pilota, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonunda cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131 veya u\u00e7u\u015ftan ayr\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131 (lisans\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmeyece\u011fi) g\u00fcvencesi verilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>2. Gizlilik: Verilen (veya al\u0131nan) bilgiler kesinlikle gizli tutulacak, ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla (\u015firketle bile) payla\u015f\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r. Riskli zihinsel hastal\u0131k durumlar\u0131nda ilgili yerlere sevk etme yetkisi sakl\u0131 tutulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>3. Program t\u00fcm pilotlara duyurulacak, amac\u0131n baz\u0131 sorunlu ki\u015fileri sistemden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131lacak ve g\u00fcvence verilecektir. Sorunlar\u0131 olan pilotlar\u0131n (just culture raporlama sistemi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde) kendi yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fcr\u00fcst\u00e7e itiraf etmeleri, destek talep etmeleri ya da meslekta\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan programa kat\u0131lmaya te\u015fvik edilmeleri beklenecektir.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k: Problemli pilota g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak destek verme sorumlulu\u011funda olan k\u0131demli pilotlar (mentor, coach, supporter) ve program\u0131 y\u00f6neten uzmanlar grubu kesinlikle \u015firket y\u00f6netiminden direktif almayacak, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015facakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>5. Destek verecek olan pilotlar (supporter) konuyla ilgili e\u011fitim alacak, belirli aralarla program y\u00f6neticisi uzman grubuyla isti\u015farede bulunacak (dibrifing, supervision), sorunlu meslekta\u015flar\u0131yla hiyerar\u015fik ili\u015fki kurmayacaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>6. Program Y\u00f6neticisi Uzman Grubu; u\u00e7u\u015f doktoru, u\u00e7u\u015f psikolo\u011fu, u\u00e7u\u015f psikiyatristi, deneyimli pilot-lar ve CRM-SMS uzmanlar\u0131ndan olu\u015facakt\u0131r (ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir \u015firket, dernek, vb.)<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Stiftung Mayday<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1994\u2019te Berlin Airshow\u2019da bir Rus pilotun \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ile sonu\u00e7lanan kazadan sonra, Frankfurt\u2019ta geride kalan e\u015fi ve 2 \u00e7ocu\u011fu i\u00e7in para toplanmas\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan giri\u015fim bir vak\u0131f kurulmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu vak\u0131f giderek pilotlar\u0131n her t\u00fcr psikososyal sorunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in (ailevi, mesleki, yasal, ekonomik stresler, hastal\u0131klar, u\u00e7u\u015f korkusu, alkol-madde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, vs.) ba\u015fvurabilecekleri g\u00fcvenli bir adres haline gelmi\u015ftir. Halihaz\u0131r performans\u0131: Y\u0131lda 250 olayda destek; %90 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, %10 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc zaman alan olaylar\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.airkule.com\/images\/image\/yazi%20ici%203.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Pilot Arkada\u015f Destek Program\u0131 (PPSP) haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 SHGM, THY ve Pegasus\u2019ta ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Di\u011fer \u015firketlerin de zaman yitirmeden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flamalar\u0131; ayr\u0131ca psikolojik destek verecek uzman gruplar\u0131n (konuyla ilgili bilgi altyap\u0131s\u0131 ve T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle uyumlu prosed\u00fcr y\u00f6n\u00fcnden) kendilerini haz\u0131rlamalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bu program\u0131n belkemi\u011fini havac\u0131l\u0131k psikologlar\u0131 olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r.
