S\u0131n\u0131f sertifikada belirtilen sa\u011fl\u0131k \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak yerine getiremeyen, fakat kabul edilebilir inkapasitasyon riski bulunabilen hastal\u0131k ve\/veya baz\u0131 ila\u00e7lar\u0131n kullan\u0131m durumu olan pilotun sa\u011fl\u0131k sertifikas\u0131na konulan bir k\u0131s\u0131tlamad\u0131r. Bu k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 olan pilotlar, e\u011fer kaptan iseler yanlar\u0131ndaki co-pilot (FO), e\u011fer co-pilot (FO) iseler yanlar\u0131ndaki kaptan pilotun g\u00f6revinde k\u0131demli olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca OML k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 olan pilotun yan\u0131ndaki di\u011fer pilotun hem 60 ya\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck olmamas\u0131 ve hem de OML k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 i\u00e7inde olmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir. OML k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 olan bir pilot u\u00e7u\u015f \u00f6\u011fretmeni olamaz, ama sentetik u\u00e7u\u015f\/simulat\u00f6r \u00f6\u011fretmeni olabilir. Bu say\u0131lanlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda OML k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 alan bir pilot ve g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 havayolu \u015firketi i\u00e7in ba\u015fka herhangi bir k\u0131s\u0131tlama yoktur. OML kavram\u0131n\u0131n ABD Hava K\u2019deki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cwaiver\u201d, TSK\u2019daki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ise \u201cistisnai karar\u201d d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bir pilotun sa\u011fl\u0131k sertifikas\u0131na OML konulmas\u0131 ve kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u015flemlerini ancak u\u00e7ucu sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 otoritesi (AMS) yapabilir. Burada bahsedilen otorite (AMS), T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in SHGM Hava Sa\u011fl\u0131k B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019d\u00fcr. Pilotun sa\u011fl\u0131k sertifikas\u0131na OML k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131n\u0131n konulmas\u0131n\u0131 ya da kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neren ise AMC\u2019lerde g\u00f6rev yapan AME\u2019ler, yani pilotaj muayenesi yapmaya yetkili sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan yetkili u\u00e7u\u015f tabipleridir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>OML k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 hangi hastal\u0131k ya da ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131mlar\u0131nda uygulan\u0131r?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JAA ve ICAO\u2019nun havac\u0131l\u0131k t\u0131bb\u0131 ile ilgili el kitaplar\u0131nda \u00e7ok detayl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar ve ila\u00e7 kullanma durumlar\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, OML k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 gerektiren b\u00fct\u00fcn hastal\u0131k ve ila\u00e7 kullan\u0131mlar\u0131ndan burada bahsetmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.
