PortClinic Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00fcyesi Engin G\u00fcven\u2019in H\u00fcrriyet Gazetesinin 19 Ekim 2008 tarihli \u0130K ekinde yay\u0131nlanan a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131ndan; havaalan\u0131 personeline \u201c<em>s\u0131f\u0131r hata ile<\/em>\u201d 1. basamak sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunmaktan ba\u015fka, Atat\u00fcrk Havaliman\u0131 i\u00e7inde her noktaya acil durumda 4 dakika i\u00e7inde ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n hedeflendi\u011fini, THY\u2019den bilet al\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veya engelli oldu\u011funu bildiren yolculara refakat, sedye veya ba\u015fka ara\u00e7larla yard\u0131mc\u0131 olundu\u011funu, u\u00e7u\u015f raporu verildi\u011fini, 5555 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 sistemi kurulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, otopark d\u00e2hil her yere 60 adet acil telefon (hotline) yerle\u015ftirilece\u011fini\u2026 \u00f6\u011freniyoruz. Naif vatanda\u015flar\u0131 havada b\u00f6yle bir hizmet veriliyormu\u015f gibi etkilemek ticari eti\u011fe uygun mudur?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Havac\u0131l\u0131k T\u0131bb\u0131 Derne\u011fi olarak beklentimiz, havaalanlar\u0131nda sorumluluk alan kurulu\u015flar\u0131n (DHM\u0130, THY, PortClinic, vs) kadrolar\u0131nda u\u00e7u\u015f doktorlar\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131d\u0131r. U\u00e7a\u011fa binmeden \u00f6nce, hasta yolculara havayoluyla seyahat edip edemeyeceklerini s\u00f6yleme, hafif ve orta dereceli hastalara sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde u\u00e7abilmeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilerde bulunma yetkisine sahip, bu konuda e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7mi\u015f doktorlar\u0131n g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 havaalanlar\u0131nda t\u0131bbi sorunlar daha emin ellerde olabilir. Bu u\u00e7u\u015f doktorlar\u0131 havadaki u\u00e7aklardaki acil durumlar i\u00e7in 24 saat yerden telsiz ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131yla dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmeti de verebilir. Bir hastaya tekerlekli iskemle veya sedyeyle yard\u0131m etmek, acil telefon a\u011f\u0131 kurmak ve 4 dakikada hasta ki\u015filere ula\u015fmak da \u00f6nemli hizmetlerdir; ama bir havaalan\u0131 i\u00e7inde ve bir u\u00e7u\u015f ortam\u0131nda verilen hizmetin, binlerce insan\u0131n seyahat i\u00e7in bulundu\u011fu (Esenler Otogar\u0131, Haydarpa\u015fa Tren istasyonu gibi) ba\u015fka yerlerden biraz farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nleri olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u0130stanbul\u2019dan ba\u015fka Ankara, \u0130zmir, Antalya ve Adana\u2019da da hizmet veren PortClinic, havaalan\u0131 i\u00e7indeki gerek u\u00e7u\u015f personeline ve gerekse yolculara t\u0131bbi destek verirken u\u00e7u\u015f doktorlar\u0131ndan yararlan\u0131yorsa s\u00f6yleyece\u011fimiz bir \u015fey yoktur; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc do\u011frusu budur ve bunu takdir ederiz.
