Transport esnas\u0131na hava fizyolojisini bilen personele ve \u00f6zel t\u0131bbi malzemeye ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TSK\u2019da havadan hasta ta\u015f\u0131ma g\u00f6revi daha eski y\u0131llarda da devam etmekte olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrk Hava kuvvetlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 2 adet CN-235 u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir hastanenin yo\u011fun bak\u0131m servisindeki t\u0131bbi donan\u0131ma sahip hale getirilmesiyle b\u00fcy\u00fck geli\u015fme g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ambulans U\u00e7ak Servisi:<\/strong> 1995-2005 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k periyotta ulusal veya uluslar aras\u0131 g\u00f6revlerde 1570 hasta tahliye edildi. Hastalar\u0131n 1428\u2019i erkek (91%) idi. En uzun u\u00e7u\u015f s\u00fcresi 10, en k\u0131sa u\u00e7u\u015f s\u00fcresi 20 dakika idi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sonu\u00e7lar:<\/strong> 450 havadan t\u0131bbi tahliye g\u00f6revinde ta\u015f\u0131nan hastalar\u0131n ortalama Glasgow koma skoru 9.77\u00b13.76 (3-15), travma skoru 12.15\u00b13.40 (5-16) idi. 879 hasta (56%) operasyon sonras\u0131 tahliye edildi. 690 hastan\u0131n (44%) tahliye esnas\u0131nda endotrakeal t\u00fcp\u00fc veya trakeostomisi mevcuttu. Erkek hastalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funda may\u0131na basma sonucu yaralanma mevcuttu (14%). 51 hastada (3.3%) MI veya kardiyolojik problem vard\u0131. 14 yeni do\u011fan hasta (0.9%) trasport k\u00fcvezi ile tahliye edildi. 7 hasta (0.05%) havadan tahliye esnas\u0131nda kaybedildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>Haz\u0131rlayanlar :<\/strong> Dr. Bnb.
