Yo\u011fun tipi ve sis y\u00fcz\u00fcnden g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f mesafesi s\u0131f\u0131ra d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in pilot pas ge\u00e7me giri\u015fiminde bulunmu\u015f, ancak ani bas\u0131n\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fimi (windshare fenomeni) nedeniyle u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n k\u0131\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131 yere vurmu\u015ftu. U\u00e7akta m\u00fcrettebat dahil 67 ki\u015fi vard\u0131. 47 ki\u015finin \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kazada \u00f6n koltuklarda oturan 20 yolcu ve pilotlar kurtuldu. Afyon u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 halen yang\u0131n tatbikatlar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmakta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu kazan\u0131n analizinde, Esenbo\u011fa Havaalan\u0131&#8217;ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe elveri\u015fli olmayan meteorolojik ko\u015fullar\u0131n ve Esenbo\u011fa Dispec ofisinin pilotlara hava durumunu kapal\u0131 ve kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015fl\u0131 olarak bildirmi\u015f olmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n pilotun yanl\u0131\u015f al\u00e7alma ve tam bu s\u0131rada meydana gelen Windshare&#8217;in kazaya neden oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmakta. Kaptan pilot Y\u0131lmaz \u00dclger, \u0130kinci pilot (f\/o) Ahmet Turan Toker, u\u00e7u\u015f m\u00fchendisi Mehmet Termiyeci idi. Kazadan dakikalar \u00f6nce Ankara Esenbo\u011fa&#8217;dan kalkan ve \u0130stanbul&#8217;a seyir halindeki bir ba\u015fka THY tayyaresi, Bolu semalar\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015flar, Istanbul&#8217;a gelen u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n pilotlar\u0131, Ankara&#8217;ya seyir halindeki JBR u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n pilotlar\u0131yla telsiz temas\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131p u\u00e7u\u015f ekibini, &#8220;Biz zor kalkt\u0131k, Esenbo\u011fa&#8217;da hava \u015fartlar\u0131 \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc.&#8221; \u015feklinde uyarm\u0131\u015flar ancak, JBR u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n pilotlar\u0131 bu uyar\u0131y\u0131 dikkate almay\u0131p, riske girerek Ankara Esenbo\u011fa Havaalan\u0131 rotas\u0131ndaki tehlikeli u\u00e7u\u015flar\u0131na devam etmi\u015flerdir. Bu konumdaki meydanlara planlanan u\u00e7u\u015flar\u0131n, ini\u015f ve kalk\u0131\u015f a\u015famalar\u0131nda u\u00e7u\u015f ekibinin kurallara mutlaka harfiyen uymas\u0131 gerekir.
