U\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ILS yakla\u015fmas\u0131yla al\u00e7ald\u0131\u011f\u0131, 8 bin ft&#8217;lik pistin 2 bin ft&#8217;lik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne teker koydu\u011fu ve geriye kalan mesafe i\u00e7inde duramamas\u0131 nedeniyle bu kazan\u0131n oldu\u011fu bildirildi. Havaalan\u0131n\u0131n, etraf\u0131ndaki vadilerden 80-100 metre y\u00fcksek bir platoda olmas\u0131n\u0131n, d\u00fc\u015fen u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n daha fazla par\u00e7alanmas\u0131na ve emercensi vas\u0131talar\u0131n\u0131n da kaza mahalline ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n gecikmesine neden oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gelen bilgiler, kazan\u0131n iki \u015fekilde olma ihtimalini g\u00f6steriyor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. \u0130lk olas\u0131l\u0131\u011fa g\u00f6re kaza, pisti y\u00fcksek ve h\u0131zl\u0131 yakalayan pilotlar\u0131n ilk temaslar\u0131n\u0131 pistin 2 bin ft. mesafesinde yapt\u0131klar\u0131; u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131 pist i\u00e7inde durdurmak i\u00e7in verdikleri b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fccadeleye ra\u011fmen u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n emniyet \u015feridini a\u015farak h\u0131zla yoku\u015f a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 vadiye d\u00fc\u015ferek par\u00e7aland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8230; Piste ilk vuru\u015fun olduk\u00e7a sert oldu\u011fu, burun lastiklerinin patlad\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8230; Kazazedelerden biri, &#8216;u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n piste sa\u011f kanad\u0131 yerde, sol kanad\u0131 havada olarak vurdu\u011funu ve ard\u0131ndan ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcnerek par\u00e7aland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131&#8217; s\u00f6ylemi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Di\u011fer olas\u0131l\u0131k, pisti y\u00fcksek ve h\u0131zl\u0131 yakalayan pilotun, piste indi\u011finde, pistin sonuna kadar duramayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ederek Go-Around yapmak istedi\u011fi, fakat bunu yapmakta ge\u00e7 kald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan pist sonundaki ILS anten kulesine \u00e7arp\u0131p vadiye \u00e7ak\u0131larak par\u00e7aland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yand\u0131\u011f\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En son haberlerde kokpitteki g\u00fc\u00e7 kollar\u0131 pedastal\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu ve pozisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n da max. g\u00fc\u00e7 pozisyonunda oldu\u011fu yaz\u0131l\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hindistan havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inden gelenler, bu kazan\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kadar\u0131yla pilot hatas\u0131 olsa bile, Hindistan havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netenlerin ilgisizliklerinin, bilgisizliklerin ve hatalar\u0131n\u0131n etken oldu\u011fu kan\u0131s\u0131ndalar. Havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn bran\u015flar\u0131ndaki e\u011fitim eksikli\u011fi, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fc ve teknik malzeme yetersizli\u011fi sistemin limitlerini zorlamakta&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hindistan&#8217;da sadece 7 adet hava trafik radar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu ve modern yakla\u015fma sistemlerin de sadece birka\u00e7 \u00f6nemli havaalan\u0131nda kurulu oldu\u011fu yaz\u0131l\u0131yor. Son y\u0131llarda \u00e7ok az kaza olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen u\u00e7u\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011finin hi\u00e7 de iyi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, yaln\u0131z ge\u00e7en y\u0131l havadayken <strong>u\u00e7aklar\u0131n birbirlerine \u00e7ok yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 15&#8217;e yak\u0131n olay oldu\u011fu<\/strong> ve bunlardan birinde Hindistan Ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bile neredeyse bir helikopterle \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na saniyeler kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor. 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>42 adet sarho\u015f pilot vakas\u0131<\/strong> g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, havadayken kabin g\u00f6revlileri ile <strong>kavga ettikleri<\/strong> ve bu s\u0131rada u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n kumandalar\u0131n\u0131 terk ettikleri, yeterli kalifiye eleman \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, e\u011fitimlerin hakk\u0131yla verilmedi\u011fi, personelin \u00e7ok fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya mecbur edildi\u011fine ili\u015fkin rapor ve \u015fik\u00e2yetler var.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu kaza insan fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ne kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Hindistan havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iyi tan\u0131yanlar, b\u00f6yle bir kazan\u0131n her an beklendi\u011fini, son 10 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde benzer bir kazan\u0131n olmamas\u0131n\u0131n tamamen bir \u015fans oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2008 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Nisan ay\u0131nda Hindistan Sivil Havac\u0131l\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Kanu Gohain, \u00fclkelerindeki 10 havayolunda u\u00e7an 600 u\u00e7ak i\u00e7in elinde sadece 3 m\u00fcfetti\u015f bulundu\u011funu bas\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f. 2006 y\u0131l\u0131nda ICAO, teknik personel e\u011fitim ve lisansland\u0131rmas\u0131nda Hindistan&#8217;\u0131 en k\u00f6t\u00fc \u00fclke il\u00e2n etmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu kaza Hindistan havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki zafiyetlerin art\u0131k patlama noktas\u0131na geldi\u011finin belirtisi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00dclkede h\u00e2kim olan, adam\u0131n\u0131 kollama, i\u015fini bilmeyen fakat bildi\u011fini zanneden idareciler, e\u011fitmenler, SOP&#8217;lar\u0131 uygulamada isteksizlik, CRM eksikli\u011fi, e\u011fitim ve operasyon kontrol\u00fc yapacak te\u015fkilat ve personelin yetersizli\u011fi gibi durumlar y\u0131llard\u0131r konu\u015fuldu\u011fu halde aynen bizdeki gibi b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 \u00fczerine alan kimseler yok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye gibi havac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fen \u00fclkelerden biri olan Hindistan da, aniden b\u00fcy\u00fcyen pilot a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yabanc\u0131 pilotlar alarak gidermek istemi\u015f. Bug\u00fcn \u00fclkede bu kazay\u0131 yapan kaptan dahil 565 yabanc\u0131 pilotun oldu\u011fu yaz\u0131l\u0131yor.
